Pro-Mix IFH “Industrial flooring”

IDENTITY

Pro-mix ifh, is a surface hardener of concrete floors in powder form based on gray cement of high strength. It contains special additives and specially graded quartz aggregates (according to EN 13 892).

APPLICATION FIELDS

Suitable for floors which suffer from strong mechanical loads (industries, public spaces, warehouses etc.)

GENERAL FEATURES

Dry grey powder, density ≈1,4 ± 0,1kg/lt, degree of hardness 7-8 (Mohs).

APPLICATION

• Environmental temperature +5° C – +35° C (avoid applying during strong winds or extreme heat).
• Wet concrete slab of steady & sufficient strength (setting 75 to 110mm) for best results.
• Compression strength less than 25Ν/mm².
• The concrete slab has to be uniformly powdered in two layers (manually or automatically).
• First layer ≈3kg/m² & Second layer ≈2kg/m².
• Smoothing (in most cases with a vibratory screed)
• Use helicopter smoothing machine for the final surface.

CONSUMPTION

≈5kg/m² (at N.C.).

PACKAGING

In paper sacks of 25kg and waterproof pallets of 1250kg.

STORAGE

In a dry place for at least 8 to 10 months since the date of production.
